PLEASE NOTE: The actual polka dots you should receive are a thick vinyl that does not have any type of "transfer tape" on it that would require you to use an applicator. You should be able to simply peel them off the backing and stick them on your walls. If you buy from someone other than Decor by HDC, you will receive an inferior quality product that most likely uses a permanent glue that will damage your walls when you try and remove it (ours won't).
