Converting PowerPoint presentation into PDF using PPT To PDF Scout.

This tutorial will show how to convert PPT presentation into PDF document using PDF To PDF Scout.

1. First download and install PPT To PDF Scout.
2. Start PPT To PDF Scout and press Next.
3. For example click folder icon at Input File box and open PPT presentation file.
4. Now click Next to set PDF options.
5. PPT To PDF Scout will display PDF Options window.
6. Enter title for PDF document, author, subject, keywords information and change compatibility mode if needed.
7. On Security sheet you can set PDF security options: 40 or 128 bit protection key length, master password (required to modify document), user password (required to view document), allow printing, hi-quality printing, copy information, modify structure, modify annotations, allow assemble, allow extract information
8. On Page Setup page you can change page setup options (page size, page orientation and margins).
9. On "Misc" page you can change font charset used for bookmarks (make sure to set non-latin charset if you use non-latin letters in slide titles in powerpoint presentation).
10. Click Continue to start PPT to PDF conversion. PPT To PDF Scout will convert presentation to PDF document and will display "Finished" page when conversion is done.
11. Text is converted as text (text is not rasterized) so you can copy text from PDF document using Copy and Paste functions. For example, you can select and copy text from PDF document in Adobe Reader.
12. And then paste text from clipboard into Notepad.
