The FT-1 supports a variety of exercises, including seated, kneeling, and freestanding versions. Each is designed to work out one or several muscle groups, with many of the freestanding exercises incorporating core, secondary, and stabilizing muscles. This not only creates a more efficient workout routine, but also supports you in your daily activities, as a strong core improves your posture and makes you feel great.

The FT-1--which is built around a high/low pulley system that adjusts to more than 30 height positions--includes a variety of bar and handle accessories to help you work your biceps, back, chest, triceps, shoulders, abs, legs, and more. The accessories include a 48-inch revolving lat bar, an aluminum easy curl bar, strap handles with revolving grips, and an ankle strap, all storable in the machine's rotating accessory holder. The FT-1 also offers a dual 215-pound commercial weight stack that allows you to work each side of the body independently. And thanks to the heavy-duty oval and tubular steel frame, which is finished with an electrostatic powder coating, the machine is guaranteed to hold up to heavy use.

The FT-1--which comes with an instructional flip chart that details more than 30 different exercises--measures 53 by 83 by 46 inches (W x H x D) by itself and 53 by 83 by 82 inches with a bench (sold separately). The Inspire FT-1 carries a lifetime warranty.
